Shipping – Domestic
We ship to all 50 States including PO Boxes, FPO/APO’s.
Most products ship the same or next business day after payment clears. Expect delivery within 4-5 business days via regular ground shipping after your order is placed. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date for ground shipping. The exact delivery date is scheduled by the carriers, either USPS, UPS or FedEx.
You will receive an email the day your item ships with tracking information. If you are not receiving emails from us please check your spam folder. $4.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping on orders. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149.00.
Shipping - International
We ship to many countries around the world including Australia, Aruba, Canada, Denmark, France, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom and more.
Our shopping cart is already set up for the countries listed above. You can check shipping charges yourself by adding the items you want to the cart, then select your country and then enter your postal code. Other countries will be considered on a case by case basis. If you wish to receive an international shipping quote from us, please use our Contact page. Be sure to include the item(s) you want.
You will receive an email the day your item ships with tracking information. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 20 days after receipt of your purchase. Item(s) must be unused and in the condition you received it (other than trying the item on) including any packaging materials. A refund will be made only on the item(s) price only. THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Returns of non-defective products after 20 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice (included in shipment). Please indicate which item(s) you are returning on the invoice. All American Express refunds will be minus the merchant transaction fee.
- Christmas purchases may be returned up to the first week in January.
- Nomex thread bobbins are not a returnable item.
- Shipping to us must be covered by you.
- Refunds will be less actual shipping costs.
- We cannot be liable for packages lost during shipment to us.
- No refunds will be issued after 60 days from date of purchase.
- Faulty / Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- We can refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error.
- Returns are inspected upon arrival and must be able to be resold as new.
- Returns should be free of pet hair, lint, etc. Fees apply if we have to remove it.
- Please be sure you choose a shipping method that has delivery confirmation.
- International returns subject to duties, tariffs, etc. will be deducted from refund.
Exchange Policy
Warranty: 20 Day exchange promise. You can exchange your item(s) within 20 days after receipt of your purchase. Item(s) must be unused and in the state you received it (other than trying the item on) including any packaging materials. We cover return shipping on all domestic exchanges. Shipping to us must be covered by you.
