Standard Style (Non-Tapered)
  • Constructed of high density, fire resistant foam.
  • Large and X-Large: 2" High
  • Small (jr): 1.75" High
  • Cover is made of a comfortable flame retardant FRC material.
  • A wide Velcro closure makes for quick and easy removal.
  • SFI® 3.3 Certification crest.
  • Adult colors: Black; Blue; Red.
  • Sizing: Small to XL.
 Tapered Style
  • Constructed of high density, flame retardant foam.
  • Cover is made of a comfortable flame retardant FRC material.
  • Taper: 3 inches in the back to 1 1/2 inches in Front.
  • A wide Velcro closure makes for quick and easy removal.
  • SFI® 3.3 Certification crest.
  • Adult colors: Black; Blue; Red; Black and Blue.
  • Small colors: Black
  • Sizing: Small to XL
 U Standard Style (Non-Tapered)

Tidbits for the curious
There have been many terms used to describe racing Helmet Supports such as helmet rest, neck collar, racing neck brace, neck protector, neck support, neck nut, neck roll and more.

The original term was “helmet support”. It was designed to protect the collarbone when a helmet was thrust forward in a crash. After using the device for many years, there has been a drastic decline in collar bone and neck-related injuries.

Many racers have stated that wearing a helmet support reduces driver fatigue and increases concentration.
